At Park Town and Country Buildings we offer a high quality service to customers in South East England with site visits and one to one advice. We are agents for Comptons buildings, Leofric Buildings, Marshalls, Lidget, Weatherstrong and Henley Offices. We provide the complete service from design, through base installation to erection.

Here is an outline of our complete local service:

• Free no obligation site survey. I will gladly visit your site at a mutually convenient time and help you choose the right garage for your house.
• I can show you a sample of the extensive range of garages that are available and you can see the quality of the units for yourself
• If you wish I can arrange for all the necessary Planning and Building Regulation Approvals to be obtained.
• You might need to have a concrete base laid or an old base to he rectified to accept the new garage. I can arrange this and assure you of the minimum of mess and disruption.
• I will be happy to organise the removal of your old garage (whether it is timber, corrugated iron or asbestos) and have it safely taken away.
• We can provide security fencing to be erected for the period between the removal of your old building and the erection of your new building.
• You can rely on me to arrange for your new building to be delivered at a mutually convenient time and installed including the provision of a concrete fillet around the base of all internal walls, free of charge.
• We can also alter or renew any fencing that you may be required once your garage has been inst ailed
• You may decide to choose an electric door opener for your new garage.
• We can arrange for electricity to be installed into your new garage, connected to an RC I) unit and comply with the latest regulations concerning Health & Safety.
• We will be happy to quote you for any new fencing you may require.
